Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEDT on business days aim to ship the same day.
- If delays occur, we’ll notify you via phone or email with an updated dispatch date.
Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery: 2–3 business days (depending on location).

Overnight delivery: Available in most areas via TNT or AusPost.

Oversized items: May take 2–4 business days via road freight.
- Delivery is within Australia only, unless otherwise agreed.
PO Boxes & Postal Lockers
- Delivery to PO Boxes/Post Lockers via AusPost is possible for eligible items.
- If delivery isn’t possible, we’ll contact you for an alternative address.
- Additional charges may apply.
Tracking & Confirmation
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email and invoice.
Missed Deliveries
If you're unavailable at delivery:
- Your order may be sent to a local depot, post office, or re-delivered later.
- You’ll receive a text or card with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
Redirection Requests
If you need to change the delivery address after dispatch, we’ll try to help—additional charges may apply.
