Interfree Product Warranty

At Interfree, we stand behind the quality of our smart home products. All purchases are backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered

If your Interfree product has a manufacturing fault or component failure within the warranty period, we will either:

  • Repair it at no cost, or
  • Replace it with the same or a similar item.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to follow instructions
  • Damage from power surges, water, pests, weather events, or accidents
  • Products installed by unqualified persons
  • Consumables like batteries
  • Failures due to poor internet or power connection

How to Make a Claim

Please keep your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) handy.

Your Responsibilities

You may need to cover:

  • Uninstallation and reinstallation by a licensed electrician (if required)
  • Shipping costs to send the product back to us

Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation for major failures.
